Return & Refund Policy

All products have a FREE 30 day replacement / money back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, with parts or accessories missing, defective or significantly different from the product description are eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed. If there is any damage on the return shipping, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.

If your purchase does not match the description or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you are not left on hold. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange delivery of the correct item.

In case of any defective or broken products, please take photos or videos and email us at – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the purchased product.


Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To receive your refund, please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded. Request your Return Authorization Number and email with a detailed reason for the return and product images or video to support your reason. After approval, you will receive the RA number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can ship the product you want to return.

To ensure your refund, use a traceable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Please make sure to send the item as a gift , because we do not cover customs fees for returns).
Upon receipt of your package, your products will be reviewed and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address you used when you made the original purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable):

1) Any part is missing or not shipped with the rest of the package.

2) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially sent.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.


Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and / or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and / or shipped, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and expenses assessed for refunds by credit card companies.

Invalid reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items, buyer’s remorse such as wrong color, size, product or model ordered are ineligible for a refund.
Buyers are requested to do their due diligence before making the purchase.The buyer agrees to buy the products at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

After submitting an order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
