COVID-19 delivery information

In response to COVID-19, all of our operators are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers.

We assure you that all of our carriers are following government advice and guidelines and that everyone’s safety is our priority.

There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use their home delivery address.

In the future, all carriers will operate a contactless delivery service, which means that you will not be asked to sign for every package delivered.

You can view all transportation guidelines and measures by visiting the designated carrier’s website, emails will be provided upon shipment to confirm delivery information.

We hope you understand and appreciate the measures that have been put in place to protect you and ensure that you can continue to operate normally.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status. Wait 48 hours before monitoring information is available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipment email confirmation, please contact us at with your name and order number and check for you.

Shipping to postal boxes

Some carriers have limitations on sending to mailboxes. If one of your couriers returns to this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, loans and exchanges.
We accept refunds up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and the photo of the item’s conditions. We are faced with such cases by chance, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. Take a look at our return policy here
